If you are unsure about submitting your details over the internet, why not give us a call on 00353 (0)64 6622681. The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process, and you will be shown the order total (plus shipping total) before you place your order.
All orders shipped with An Post will be delivered during business hours. Couriers require a signature for every parcel delivered, so it is essential that someone is at the shipping address to receive the parcel. If you wish to have your order shipped to an address that is different to your billing address, please set up an additional shipping address when placing your order.
If you have special instructions for delivery that might help avoid a missed delivery then please include when placing your order and we will endeavour to have that information transferred to our delivery partners. Providing an alternative phone number, e.g. mobile number, is one way to help ensure a first-time delivery success.

Here at sct.ie we take a great care with the descriptions of the products, as they appear online. The limitations of broadcasting may mean a slight variation. We put a lot of effort to ensure that the descriptions are accurate. However, specifications are subject to change and sct.ie cannot be held responsible for discrepancies, either real or perceived.
Online Footwear Purchases
Should you decide to purchase footwear online be aware that you should try to test the boots around the house, as footwear that has been worn outside will not be considered or accepted for a full refund. Any postage charges incurred for the return of footwear and subsequent charges for the delivery of an alternative size or model will be paid for by the customer. If returning boots please do not stick stamps or tape to the box. Each box must be packaged in a manner that it may be re-used. Failure to comply with this may result in a full refund not being granted.
Clothing and Footwear
Please check conversion size charts before placing the order as some of the products in stock come in US sizing as opposed to UK sizing. All colours may be different to the colours depicted on the web.
Order Confirmation
You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please ensure that you enter your e-mail address on the order form. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.
All shipments may be tracked online using a tracking link which we will give you when you place your order.
Goods out of stock
To prevent disappointment and delays in receiving orders, please order items that are currently in stock.
If you place an order and the goods are out of stock we will inform you ASAP via email or telephone. Our stock status is constantly updated but demand is high and we occasionally run out of stock on popular items. If, for this reason, we cannot dispatch your order we will contact you as soon as possible.
Please ensure that you submit your correct email and telephone details on the order form.
The cooling off period
Whenever you purchase in our shop on line you are given a "cooling off" of seven working days from the date of receipt of the goods in which you can cancel and get a refund. The card used for the purchase will be credited with the original purchase amount.
Refunds
If you find a product unsuitable please contact sct.ie as problems can often be resolved without incurring unnecessary postal charges.
After seven days of cooling off period we do not offer cash refund unless the item is faulty. We do offer a credit note or exchange.
If it is necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Goods must have accompanying receipt and note of reason for return.
Any damaged or malfunctioning items must be highlighted to us within 7days.
Any other shortages/errors found regarding your order must also be highlighted to us within 7 days.
Costs incurred in posting the returned item are not refundable. Except in circumstances where the product(s) were damaged or malfunctioning.
* Please note that if items are returned you should ask for proof of postage from your post office as we reserve the right to refuse a refund if an item is lost whilst being returned
Faulty items
If the item is faulty we will need to test the garment before offering a refund. This is our company policy.
